BLOOMING LIFE THERAPY

Through Blooming Life, I offer individual, family, and/or couples therapy sessions and I work with children, adolescents (12 and older) and adults. My clients meet with me for either a 50 minute or a 80 minute session. As an art therapist, psychotherapist and counselor, I employ a caring and compassionate approach at all times. My strengths incude working with youth, young adults, adults, and seniors with mental illness. I am experienced assisting with issues of self-esteem, identity, personality disorders, chronic mental illness, trauma, developmental delays, dual diagnosis and concurrent disorders, family conflicts, and grief. I am passionate about promoting healing and growth through:

  • Art Therapy

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Using a psychodynamic person-centred approach, mindful art and spiritually integrated psychotherapy, I can assist you and your family on your journey toward health and an abundant life. I believe that health is influenced by our ability to creatively engage and grow towards our potential, in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capacities. My practice includes art and psychotherapy services, as well as long-arm machine quilting, and Certified Zentangle Instruction for individuals, groups, and companies.
